Marilyn Joan (Shoff) Riedinger

Marilyn Joan Riedinger, 89, passed away Friday, March 31, 2023, at the Village of St. Edward at Green.
Marilyn was born March 11, 1934 to Harry and Margaret (Bowden) Shoff in Akron and had been an area resident her entire life. She was a 1952 graduate of North High School and married Bernie Riedinger.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Bernie; siblings Ronald and Tom Shoff and Sue Stolmeyer; daughter and sons-in-law Pam Riedinger, Tim Gansel and Cy Kosir. She is survived by her children David (Olga), Joan Kosir, John (Karen), Jim (Michelle) and Diane Gansel; 14 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and siblings Peg (Bob) Major, Richard (Jo) Shoff and Bill (Connie) Shoff.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 5, 2023, from 11am to 12pm at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 1800 Steese Rd. where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00pm (noon). A luncheon will follow the Mass and an interment will be held at St. Peter of the Fields Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Village of St. Edward.
