Marilyn Jean Huddleston (Miller), 88, passed away peacefully on April 5, 2025. She was born on November 25, 1936, to the late Harry and Anna (Brown) Miller.
Marilyn lived her entire life in the Akron area near family and lifelong friends. She retired from Roadway Express Trucking Company after a 35-year career. Marilyn enjoyed many interests over the years, including being an avid fan of both the Dallas Cowboys and NASCAR. She attended The Chapel for many years at both the downtown and Green locations. Marilyn enjoyed being outside in the sun, staying fit by taking long walks, and working in her yard. She treasured her time with her grandchildren both near and far. A beloved mother, grandmother, sister, neighbor and friend to many, Marilyn will be forever missed.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother William (Billy) Miller; and husband, JD Huddleston.
She is survived by her children Dianne (Jim) Jones, James (Melissa) Huddleston, Corinne (Tod) Marvin, John (Valerie) Huddleston; grandchildren, Justin, Jason, Sutton, Samantha, Payton, Riley, Blaine, Sloane; great-grandchildren, Juddy, Mari, Jade and Silas; brother, Howard Miller; and furry feline companion, Gordy.
