Marie L Summers

Marie Summers (Apsega), 71, passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at her home.
Marie was born April 22, 1946 to John and Marie (Schmitt) Apsega in Akron and had been an area resident her entire life.  She was employed by Norton Company for over ten years.
In addition to her parents Marie was preceded in death by her siblings Lorie and George Apsega.
Marie is survived by her brothers John (Sybil) and Edward (Debbie) Apsega; nieces and nephews Chris (Ashley), Scott, Brandy and Mark Apsega; beloved granddaughter  Adrienne; grandchildren Destiny and Robert J and her special angels on earth Harry, Chris and Amanda Smith.
She was married to Robert Summers.
The family will receive friends Saturday, November 4, 2017 from 2 to 3 pm at the Anthony Funeral Home Green Chapel, 4178 Massillon Road (corner of Massillon and Steese Rds. In Green, entrance on Steese Rd.), where a memorial service will follow at 3:00 pm.  Donations may be made to the Humane Society. (ANTHONY, GREEN)
