Marie A. Mcintyre

Marie McIntyre, 97, passed away December 5, 2024. She was born November 19, 1927 to John and Anna Stvartak in Star City, WV. Marie grew up in Akron, Ohio and graduated from Garfield High School in 1945. She married Bud (Vernon) McIntyre June 17, 1950. They enjoyed bowling at Bories Bowling Alley for many years in a Saturday night league. Marie worked for The Ohio Bell Telephone Company as a Customer Service Representative. In her retirement, Marie enjoyed traveling, playing euchre, and bingo. She loved living in Palm Harbor, Florida.

Marie was preceded in death by her father, mother, husband, and granddaughter Adena Diehl. She is survived by a daughter, Laura (Frank) Moore; son, Donald; granddaughter, Erin Moore (Denise); great grandsons, Jordan Diehl and Clayton Heim.

Burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
