Margaret (Lasko) Suley

Margaret (Lasko) Suley, 100 years old, died peacefully on Wednesday, December 7, 2022. She was born in Cambridge, Ohio and later moved to Akron, Ohio. She retired from Akron Steel Treating.
Mom was an extraordinary woman who was devoted to her husband and children all of her life. She was there to share the good times and provided loving moral support when needed. She always encouraged her children to follow their heart's desire and realize their hopes and dreams. She made friends easily and never knew a stranger. She had a warm smile and pleasant conversation with everyone she met. Friends and family will always remember her generosity and kind spirit. She was the center of our world and the heartbeat of our family. We will cherish the memory of her unconditional love and kindness.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Frank A. Suley; son-in-law, Thomas Simko; and daughter-in-law, Sandra Suley. She is survived by her children, Barbara (Richard) Naecker, David Suley, Margie Simko, Frank T. Suley and Susan (Phillip) Fulton; grandchildren, David Szumierz, Christina (Richard) Fortner, Joseph Simko, Alex (Heather) Leri and Christopher Leri; three great-grandchildren; and dear nieces and nephews.
