Obituary

Margaret E. Page, 93, of Akron, went to be with the Lord on August 22, just 10 days after her birthday.  Margaret was born in Warren, OH to the late Herbert and Alice Bedlion.

Margaret devoted her life to taking care of others.  For over 50 years, she cared for dozens of children in her home.  Both she and her late husband cared for them as if they were their own.  Their home was always a place of love and support.

She is preceded in death by her husband John and 6 siblings, Ernest (Jenny) Bedlion, Delbert (Addy) Bedlion, Jean Leidel, Dave Bedlion, Robert Bedlion and Herbert Bedlion.  She is survived by her son Edward (Sherry) Page and daughter Patricia (Charles) Kuss; grandchildren, Stacy (Matt) Spangler, Chuck (Melissa) Dobbins, Shelley Shadeck, Jonathan (Sydney) Kuss, and Rebecca (Logan) Chapman; great grandchildren, Ethan, David, Nick, and Megan; sister Kay Pfaff and sister-in-law Lucille Bedlion.

Calling hours will be held Friday from 4:00-7:00 pm at the Dunn-Quigley Funeral Home (811 Grant St., Akron) where funeral services will take place on Saturday at 10:00 am, with a graveside service at Hillside Cemetery.  Memorial donations can be made to Crossroads Community Church for their youth ministries.
