Lucille Bernice (Lutz) Styles

Lucille Styles, 101, passed away peacefully Saturday, December 17, 2022.
Lucille was born in Akron on June 19, 1921 to the late Emil & Elizabeth Lutz and was a lifelong area resident. She worked for Sears-Roebuck for many years, while raising two children on her own. She was a faithful parishioner of Holy Spirit Church in Uniontown.
In addition to her parents, Lucille was preceded in death by sisters Betty McVan, Madelyn Orr, and Arlene Dunn; brothers Edward, Paul, Bill and Al Lutz. She is survived by her daughter Karen (Chris) Contos; son Fr. Ken Styles S.J.; granddaughters Lisa (Rick) Shoaf and Jennifer (Jared) Windle; great-grandchildren Sydney, Nicholas, Jakey, & Joey; many nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00AM Thursday, December 22 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 2952 Edison St NW Uniontown, OH 44685 where the family will receive friends beginning at 10:00AM. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Akron. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church or to a charity of your choice.
