Louise C. (Fick) Olenick

Louise C. Olenick (nee Fick), 89, passed away Sunday, August 18, 2024. Louise was born March 22, 1935 to Joseph and Florence Fick in Akron and had been a Green resident for most of her life. She was a graduate of Kenmore High School and was employed by General Motors.
She was married to her beloved husband, Ronald for 65 years and is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Donna; sister-in-law, Jean; and many nieces and nephews. We are so grateful for all the employees at Pleasant Pointe who watched over her for 6 years. Also a special thanks to Suzan for help in care for Louise.
Cremation has taken place. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, August 23, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 1800 Steese Rd. Uniontown, Ohio 44685 where the family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. A Private interment will be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Queen of Heaven Church or your favorite charity.
