Lois Gross

Lois Naomi Gross, 88, was reunited with her husband Donald in Heaven on November 20, 2016.
Born in Akron on May 5, 1928 to the late Forrest and Bessie Brown, Lois was a lifetime area resident. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all. Lois loved to read, knit, and cook. She never met a stranger and was always feeding somebody.
In addition to her parents, Lois was preceded in death by her husband Donald in 2010 & daughter Nancy Lee. She is survived by her children Donald (Linda), Keith (Carla), Robert, Greg (Diane), and Stacey Gross; sister June; 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren, as well as many special nieces & nephews; special friends the Willoughby, and Gang families.
The family will receive friends TODAY, 5-8 pm, at the Anthony Funeral Home KUCKO-ANTHONY-KERTESZ CHAPEL, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron. A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, 11 am, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Akron.
