Loda M. Smith (NEE Sartor) passed away on October 23, 2023. Born May 19. 1937 to the late Louis and Loda Sartor, she was retired from Akron Children's Hospital. In addition to her parents, Loda was preceded in death by her husband, William Smith; brother, James Sartor; and niece, Debi Olson. She is survived by sisters, Mary Ann Sartor, Betty Olson, and Pat (Bill) Hoadley; nephews, Michael Sartor, and Rob Olson; and niece, Becky Scott.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 7 at Visitation of Mary Church (formerly Annunciation, 55 Broad St.) where friends may call from 9 until 10. Entombment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum.
