Linda E Sousa, 63, of Clinton, OH, passed away peacefully on October 20th, 2024, after a long and courageous battle with COPD. Born on June 18th 1961, in Springfield, MA, Linda loved her scratch tickets and casinos, but her paradise was the beach, white sand and ocean waves. Her favorites places were the Caribbean and Portugal beaches.
Linda retired from Haasz Auto Mall, as Car Sales Manager, after more than 10 years of building lifelong friendships with coworkers and customers alike.
Linda was very social and loved to talk to anyone who would lend her their ear. She would chatter away until, inevitably, people quickly realized they were in the presence of a very special person. How she made a lasting impression on anyone that she came in contact with was astonishing.
To cherish Linda's memory, she leaves behind her loving husband of 38 years, Paulo Sousa, caring daughter Xana Sousa, devoted son Paulo (Nikki) Sousa Jr, Mario Sousa, daughter-in-law Cassandra Sousa, and Kathleen (Kyle) Cassidy, along with grandchildren Landon, Skylee, Tyler, Sophia, Nora, Jaz, Kegan, Kellan, Tesa, and Nikko. She also leaves her caring sister Susan (Bill) Carney, her adoring parents-in-law Antonio and Laura Sousa, and brother-in-law Joe (Marylou) Sousa, Loving Foster Parents Ron (Lois) Pare, as well as nephews, Micheal, Jenny and Robin (Alex). Linda was preceded in death by her loved Mother Kathleen DeMars and her precious granddaughter Neveah Sousa.
May Linda rest in peace on her beach paradise.
