Linda Sue (Sloan) Akers

Linda Sue (Sloan) Akers, 77, born September 26, 1946, passed away on Friday, May 3rd, surrounded by her loving family.
She joins her father Bruce, her mother Claris, and her husband Michael in Heaven. She leaves behind her children Matt (Trisha) and Michele (Tony); brother Eddie (Donna) and sister Donna (Tom); grandchildren Allie, Adolfo, Gabriella, Hannah, Mya, and nephew Trent (Karen).
Linda was a godly woman and dedicated 35 years of her life to teaching Sunday School at the Akron Baptist Temple and City Church AC.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 7, at 11 am, with friends being received one hour prior at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. Akron, OH 44301.
