Linda Darlene Aiello

Linda Darlene Aiello, 82, passed away unexpectedly on October 29, 2026.
Linda was born in Akron to the late Jim & Juanita Wenzel on July 26 1944 and had lived most of her life in North Hill and Cuyahoga Falls. She retired from the Cuyahoga Falls Library, where she worked as a librarian. She was a longtime member of St. Eugene Catholic Church. Linda was a dedicated and steadfast volunteer for the Falls Cancer Club for over 50 years, serving in many capacities including president. She was a member of the Sons of Italy Lodge 685.
In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her sister Diane. She is survived by her husband of 64 years Frank; her children Bonnie (Tom) Bauer and Anthony Aiello; grandchildren Brett Bauer, & Matthew (fiance Mariah McKeen) and Mariah Aiello; sister Renee (Robert) McConahy & Debi Queen, along with nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A funeral service will take place on Thursday, November 5, 1pm, with the family receiving friends for one hour prior at the Anthony Funeral Homes - Falls Chapel (formerly McGowan-Reid & Santos) 247 Stow Ave. in Cuyahoga Falls. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Cuyahoga Falls.
