Laura Lee Ciccarelli

Laura Lee Ciccarelli, 76 loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away Friday, March 24, 2017.
She was born in Akron and was a member of Queen of Heaven Catholic Church.
She was also a longtime member and past president of the Castel DiSangro Auxiliary. She will be remembered for her loving and caring ways. She opened her home and kitchen to everyone. She took joy in feeding everyone who walked through her doors. She enjoyed simple things like sitting on the porch or playing solitaire and drinking coffee. Special thank you to Cross Roads Hospice for all of their loving care.
Mrs. Ciccarelli was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Virginia (Mariola) Flasco; and sister, Phyllis Petrarca. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Carmen E.; daughters, Gina (Dennis) Rose, Maria (Jeff) Hinton, Carma (Jim) DiSabato and Anita Ciccarelli; brother, Phil (Darlene) Flasco; and grandchildren, Samantha (Matt), Amanda, Andrea (Anthony), Daniel, Dominic, Angela, Marissa, Anthony, Francesca, Giuliana and Carmina.
Funeral service prayers will begin on Tuesday at 9:45 a.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home of Green, 4178 Massillon Rd. Uniontown, Ohio 44685 followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Fr. David Durkee celebrant. Entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice. (City of Green Chapel)
