Kristopher Pete Yaceczko

Kristopher Pete Yaceczko, a man so dynamic and vibrant, has been called from this life too soon. His unexpected passing has brought many a sorrow never sought, but without his presence in this world, we would never have known the joy he brought to us. He was a force to be reckoned with, he kept the world full of art, music, love, and laughter. In music he was gifted beyond belief: pianist, guitar, bass, percussion, violin, brass, sincerely anything. Since childhood his love of music could never be stopped and was admired and astounded anyone who witnessed the magic of his sound. He was an artist: ink, paint, murals, sketches, digital, glass blowing, sculpting, the list of his talents is unending. This is one thing that can give solace to our tragic loss, the lasting gifts he made us, pieces that will be treasured long after we are gone. And he will continue to inspire, provoke thoughts, smiles and laughter. He was working with a museum, a creative director for a brewery, teaching and taking commission work. He had achieved his dream of being a self-made artist. Yet he still had time to master many other skills: disc golf and creating courses, carpentry, gaming, comedy, fashion, dog grooming and a fondness for nature and greenery. He was a devoted son, a loving brother, a soulmate to his wife, a father to a son, and a friend to an innumerable amount of people. Kristopher's exuberance was felt by anyone who met him. He was an autodidact, a free spirit, a goof ball at times and cared deeply for those around him. This all seems surreal, and life does not seem to be in the right order, but it is useless to resist this, and to resist this is useless. The world lost one of its most precious creations, nevertheless his creations and spirit will live on. He was preceded in death by his father, Mickey Pete Yaceczko; grandparents, Marjory Shirey and Peter and Tatiana Yaceczko; uncles, "Pepe" Joseph Bestard and Steve Connors. Left to mourn him are his mother, Sylvia Yaceczko; sister, Kaylan Yaceczko; soulmate, Stephanie Green; son, Alex Green; best friends, Greg 'Buddy" Stelma, George and Alex Haas, Jerry and Stella and the Yaceczko Family, the Green Family, Mike Connors, the Fouttys, the Kriegers, Jeff and Cheryl DankHouse, and a myriad of friends he has gathered along his journey.
Calling hours will be held on Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. Akron, Ohio 44301. Funeral Service Prayers will begin on Saturday at the Funeral Home at 12 p.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 1 p.m. at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Barberton, Ohio.
