Kim Marie Sprowls

Kim Marie Sprowls, 66, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2026.

Kim was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania June 17, 1960, and was a graduate of Garfield High School in Akron, Ohio. She worked in multiple schools in the cafeteria as her kids grew up and later worked in retail for many years. Kim enjoyed cooking and spending time with her grandkids and dogs. One of her favorite memories was growing up in her family's beach house in New Jersey.

Kim was preceded in death by her father Samuel Brogan; her husband for 45 years Donald 'Donny' Sprowls; and her mother-in-law Rose Lamm. She is survived by her mother Joanne (Richard) Lowe; siblings Shawn (Marguerite) Brogan, Cheryl (Mark) Lonsbury, Michael (Laura) Brogan, Samuel Brogan and Alan Brogan; son and daughter-in-law Dustin (Katlin) Sprowls and her daughter and son-in-law Lauren (Connor) Mathis; grandchildren Theo & Brogan.

Kim has been cremated. A Celebration of Kim's life will take place on September 20th from 12-4pm at Ancient Order of Hibernians 2000 Brown St. Akron, OH 44319.
