Katherine L Harper, 94, passed away January 30, 2022. She was born in Columbus, Ohio to Thomas and Katherine (nee Jones) McLaughlin. She was a member of American Legion # 464, 8 and 40 of the American Legion, Ladies Auxiliary and past president. She was a founding member of the Summit County Democratic Club and the Stow Democratic Club.
Katherine is preceded in death by husband, William T Harper, daughter, Virginia Justice and brother, David McLaughlin. She is survived by son, Breck (Patt) Harper and sister, Jane Carpenter, nieces, nephews, four grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held Friday, February 4, 2022 at 1 p.m. at Dunn-Quigley Funeral Home Stow Chapel, 3333 Kent Rd., Stow, Ohio. Entombment to follow at Grandview Cemetery. Family and friends will be received Friday from 12 pm until the time of the service at the funeral home.
