June Consbruck

June Lee Steltenkamp Consbruck, 96, of Monroeville, PA, was peacefully called home to the Lord on Saturday, December 6, 2025, in Ogden, UT.
Born July 28, 1929, in Covington, KY, to Edwin Steltenkamp and Louise Steltenkamp Koch, June lived a life marked by curiosity, intelligence, and a steadfast faith that guided her every step. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physics, with minors in Chemistry and Mathematics, from Villa Madonna College in 1951-an accomplishment that reflected both her bright mind and her determination. She married James W. Consbruck, on September 8, 1956, in Covington, KY.
June found joy in life's simple blessings-reading, camping, watching old movies, playing cards, singing, dancing, and sharing time with those she loved. Above all, she devoted her life to the Lord. Her deep and enduring faith was the foundation of her days, and she was a longtime member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Akron, OH.
She is survived by her five children: Anthony (Celeste) Consbruck of Grove City, PA; Joe Consbruck of Ogden, UT; MaryLou (Robert) Stumpf of Piedmont, SC; Jeff Consbruck of Warren, OH; and David (Sandy) Consbruck of North Canton, OH. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren: Sarah Consbruck of Asheville, NC; Katie Consbruck of Grove City, PA; Emily (Brian) Quigley of Fuquay-Varina, NC; Brandon Consbruck of Lilburn, GA; Jessica Stumpf of Easley, SC; Maggie Consbruck of Durham, NC; Amanda (Lee) Powers of Boynton Beach, FL; Abigail Consbruck of Raleigh, NC; Becky Consbruck of Portland, OR; Altynai Consbruck and Li Xiao Consbruck both of North Canton, OH, Tracy (Cayle) Drye of Rockwell, NC; and 10 great-grandchildren: Izaiah, Noah, Zackary, Dylan, Logan, Elton, Madison, Brianna, Delana, and Robert. June was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James, and her twin sons Stephen and Michael Consbruck.
Visitation will be held Friday, December 12, 2025 at Anthony Funeral Homes - Akron Chapel, 1990 S. Main St., Akron, OH 44301, from 4:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. with the recitation of the Rosary at 6:30p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 10:00a.m. at Sacred Heart of Jesus, 450 Dennison Road, Akron, OH 44312.Interment will take place at Lakewood Cemetery, 1080 W. Waterloo Road, Akron, OH, immediately following the Funeral Mass. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Sacred Heart of Jesus, a place that nurtured and reflected June's lifelong devotion to her faith.
