Judith Ann (Riggs) Rambacher

August 23, 1942 — May 23, 2023

Judith 'Judy' Ann Rambacher, 80, passed away May 23, 2023.

Judy was born in Akron on August 23, 1942 to the late Ralph & Thelma Riggs. She was a 1960 graduate of Coventry High School. Judy was a faithful parishioner of St. Francis de Sales for over 60 years. She worked as a data operator for NASA in Maryland and retired from St. Francis de Sales Parish School, where she worked in the school cafeteria for many years.

She was a truly selfless person, who dedicated her life to everyone but herself. Many times she would give more than she had to give to all of the people in her life. As a master of the kitchen, anyone who was around was always left feeling satisfied. If you had the privilege of enjoying one of her cakes, you were special and considered family. She had a heart of love and compassion for all whom she encountered. Throughout her life journey she found many things she loved, including a competitive game of Ally or Skitch, a good glass of wine, and spending winters in Florida. Above all, her love for her family was all encompassing. There was nothing in life that she loved more than spending time with her family and close friends, from phone calls, to supporting her grandchildren at sporting events, band shows and choir concerts, to shopping adventures and Sunday family dinners. Heaven will be a "sweeter" place. Her mark on this world will be remembered and her legacy continues to press on through her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her brother Dennis Riggs and infant granddaughter. She is survived by her loving husband Jim; her children Bob (Concetta) Rambacher, Debbie (Bob) Craft, Ann (Rich) Mayer, & Jennifer (Kevin) Stockdale; grandchildren Ashley, Brandon, Nick, Austin, Matthew, Madison, Sammy, & Alex, as well as her step-grandchildren.

A special thank you to our extended families, the Weitzel's & Deibel's families for their love and support.
