Judith Ann (Juhasz) Gent

Judith Ann Gent, 80, passed away Monday, September 18, 2023 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Judy was born in Akron on September 20, 1942 to the late Charles & Julia Juhasz and was a lifelong area resident. She was a graduate of Hower High School and the University of Akron. Judy was a manager for the Ohio Department of Human Services for many years and served as the Vice President of their local AFSCME union. She loved to create art and was an avid reader. Judy always enjoyed a good conversation.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Raymond Gent; children Daniel (Wanda) Csaky, Shannon MarLett and Kris (Tina) Gent; grandchildren Brian, Brennan, Leah (Brandon), Evan, Jenna, Adam (Jackie), Josh (Ashley), Alaina and Riley; and great-grandchildren Amara, Jayla, Iyana, Adrielle, Madilyn, and Lydia.
