Judith Lee "Judy" Dilts

CUYAHOGA FALLS- Judith Lee Dilts, 73, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at Summa Western Reserve Hospital, with her husband at her side.
Judy was born in Dayton, Ohio on June 19, 1942 to the late Howard & Viola Bankard. She married George Dilts in 1961, and together they moved to Cuyahoga Falls in 1964 to raise their family. Judy retired after 18 years as a manager from Montgomery Ward. In their retirement, Judy and George traveled together extensively. Judy was an avid crafter, and made many keepsakes for and about her many grandchildren, who she cherished.
In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her son Robert and sister Nancy. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, George; sons Scot (Anna), Lonnie, & Michael (Suzanne); sister Patricia Young; grandchildren Kristin (Gil) Bell, Cody (Ashlee), Nathan, Danny, Zack, Bryce & Olivia; great-grandchildren Aiden & Ashton; and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, June 27, at 1 PM at the Anthony Funeral Home, McGowan-Reid & Santos Chapel, 247 Stow Ave (at 3rd. St. one block north of Portage Trail) in Cuyahoga Falls, where the family will receive friends and relatives beginning at 11AM. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery.
