Obituary
Juanita (Joanne) Ables 80, of Stow, passed away on December 29, 2021. She was born in Akron, Ohio on August 1, 1941 to Edgar and Thelma Wise.
Joanne lived in Stow 55 years with her husband, Doug of 62 years. She has three daughters, Shelli (Mike) Larkins, Kristi, and Mandi (Rick) Green; grandchildren, Paul, Thomas, Kristina, Lauren, Emily, Rebekah, Sean, Alex and William; great-grandchildren, Ethan, Madison, Anastacia, Aidan, Tyler, Carter, Abram, Sean, Evan, Abel; Arian, Alex and Levi.
She loved singing at church, Sweet Adelines and the Stairwell Singers. Also, Joanne loved to travel to Tennessee to see her beloved family.
Calling hours will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, January 6, 2022, at Dunn-Quigley Funeral Home, 3333 Kent Road, Stow. A funeral service will be held at First Christian Church, 3493 Darrow Rd. Stow on January 7 at 11 a.m. with burial following at Restland Cemetery in Brimfield, OH.
