Josephine Lilly

Josephine Lilly, 95, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at Pebble Creek. Josephine was born January 7, 1922 to Enrico and Anna (DeMita) Constantine in Akron and had been an Akron resident her entire life. She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church. Josephine was preceded in death by her husband Edgar, son George Lilly, son and daughter-in-law David and Michele Lilly and siblings Ralph Constantine, Angie Antonino and Mary Bryan. She is survived by her daughter Brenda Lilly; siblings Frances Ancona, Helen Dadich and Domenica A. Smith; cousin +Sue Banyar; many nieces and nephews. Josephine was spunky, she had a great smile she used freely, a wonderful cook and kept the cleanest house-you could eat off the floors. Josephine's family is especially grateful to Fr. Gabriel Lavery of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church and the staffs of Pebble Creek and ClearPath Hospice for their tender care. The family will receive friends Saturday 9 to 10:30 AM at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. Akron. A Requiem Mass will be offered at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church (corner of Albrecht and Dennsion) at 11:00 AM on Saturday. Interment Greenlawn Memorial Park. We have been blessed to have mom for 95 years. "Everybody loves Josephine"
