John Roger Tabor

John R. Tabor, 75, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at his home.
He was born in West Virginia and retired from Yellow Freight with 30 years of service as a diesel mechanic. Mr. Tabor was a veteran and served 4 years with the United States Marine Corps. He was a member of the VA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Pauline (Ellis) Tabor; daughter, Tiffanny Tabor; and brother, Donald Tabor. John is survived by his wife of 52 years, Theresa (Csonka) Tabor; daughter, Tracy Tabor; granddaughters, Tabitha Akiki and Twyla Tabor; and 2 nieces, Angela and Lourella.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, 5 to 7 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. Akron, Ohio 44301 where a Memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Deacon John Amedeo officiating. (Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, Akron anthonyfh.com 330-724-1281)
