John Pat Parr

John Pat Parr, 74 passed away Thursday, November 29, 2018.
He was born in Talco, Texas and was an operations engineer for Owens-Corning. Mr. Parr was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving during the Vietnam Era.
He is survived by son, Patrick (Jill) Parr; daughter, Jennifer (Chris) Taliaferro; brother, Dennis Parr; and grandchildren, Bevin, Cosmin and Asher Parr and Dante Taliaferro.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, 6 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. Akron, Ohio 44301 where the family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Pastor Jay Schmidt officiating. (Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, Akron)
