John Peter Federonick

John P. Federonick, 68, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 5, 2024 after a prolonged illness.
John was born in Akron on July 5, 1956 to the late Peter and Helen Federonick and was raised in Suffield. He was a 1974 graduate of Field High School and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science from Kent State University. Throughout his career, he spent time at Roadway, Ameritech, Goodyear and Akron General Hospital working in IT. In his spare time, John enjoyed fishing, relaxing with family and listening to his extensive record collection.
In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his sister Mary Ann Federonick. He is survived by his sisters Pat Biller and Helen (Linn) Weaver; nieces Vera (Dan) Ferrer and Kristin Weaver; grandnieces and nephews Alice, Carolina, Lucas, and Tommy; cousin and lifelong friend David Jakubisin; and dear cousin Norman.
