Joanne Roman

Joanne Roman, 79, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 24, 2014.
She was born in Akron and enjoyed making and doing crafts.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor William Roman; and brothers, Bob and Art (Pat) Barnfather. She is survived by sons, Michael (Vicki), Frank (Mary Stansberry), Steve ( Pastor Marilyn) and David (Jennifer Van Horn) Roman; brothers, Richard (Jackie) and Jerry (Jane) Barnfather; grandsons, Michael (Andrea) and Anthony Roman; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Graveside service and interment will be held on Monday at 12 p.m. at Holy Cross Cemetery. Pastor Marilyn Roman officiating. There are no calling hours. (Anthony, Akron, 330-724-1281, www.anthonyfh.com)
