Joan (Crimi) Brown, 97, passed away peacefully on, Thursday, September 30th. Born in Akron, Joan lived in Stow since 1955. She worked at Goodyear Tire and later Goodyear Aerospace. Joan enjoyed golfing, traveling, and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents Pietro and Pasqua Crimi; her husband Paul J. Brown of 42 years. Her two sons Kirk D. Brown, and Timothy A. Brown. Joan is the last of 4 sisters, Bridget Procaccio, Antoinette Winkleman, and Maria Wolfe. She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia (Brown) Leas. And grandchildren, Erik Leas, David (Tracy) Leas, Taryn (Scott) Chmielowicz. And many great-grandchildren. Private graveside service at a later date.
