Jerry Nelson Vinson

Jerry Nelson Vinson passed away on February 10, 2025, in Canton, Ohio. Originally from Cincinnati, Jerry built a career with General Motors, which eventually led him to relocate to Reno, Nevada.
Beyond his professional life, he was deeply committed to the Alcoholics Anonymous program, remaining active in its community for over 40 years. His dedication to the program was a testament to his perseverance and desire to support others on their journeys.
Jerry's greatest passion was golf, and he took every opportunity to enjoy the game. Whether on the course or sharing stories about his favorite rounds, golf brought him immense joy throughout his life.
He is survived by his children, Carol (Eric), Jerry, Michelle, and Elizabeth (Mike); as well as his grandchildren, Mikayla, Jayden, and Alexandra. He was preceded in death by his parents, Caroline and Jack Vinson. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.
