Jenifer (James) Francis, 69, of Stow, Ohio was called to her eternal resting place on September 6, 2024. She was born to Robert and Betty James on November 29, 1954 in Akron, Ohio. Jeny is survived by her husband, David Francis; brother, Russell James; daughter, Kristen Cope (Bill); son, Cameron Francis; and granddaughter, Isabelle Cope.

Jeny is a graduate of Garfield High School in Akron. She retired from Kent State University after 25 years of service in their IT Department. She was a creative thinker who loved quilting and crafting. She was an avid Cleveland sports fan and enjoyed playing card games with family. Her love for her family was unmatched and she will be missed greatly.

The family will receive guests Saturday, September 14 starting at 1 pm at the Dunn-Quigley Funeral Home at 3333 Kent Rd., Stow, Ohio. A short memorial service will follow at 3 pm.
