Jeannette Marie (Ujcic) Judy

Jeannette M. Judy, 91, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2022 surrounded by her family.
Jeannette was born in Barberton to the late John & Lucy Ujcic and after high school she attended Barberton School of Commerce. She was a member of Queen of Heaven Parish, where she participated in the Rosary Makers for many years. Music and singing were a lifelong passion, as well as knitting and crocheting for her family and friends. A generous and kind woman, her years were spent making and giving to others.
In addition to her parents, Jeannette was preceded in death by her sister Louise Pramik. She is survived by her loving, caring and devoted husband of 67 years, Roger; sons Dr. Michael (Charlotte), David, John (Wendy), Chuck (Dawn) & Roger (Kristy); daughter Jennifer Judy; grandchildren Christopher (Lisa), Tom (Katie), Dakota, Wilson, Grace, Makenna, Lucas, Julia, Elizabeth, Hayden, and Nathan; and great-grandchildren Sarah, Michael, Joshua, Lillian, & Rachel.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11AM on Friday, November 11 at Queen of Heaven Parish, 1800 Steese Road in Green, where the family will receive friends beginning at 10AM. Private burial at Holy Cross Cemetery in Akron. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Justin T. Rogers Hospice Center at 3358 Ridgewood Road, Akron OH 44333.
