James L. Stalnaker

James Stalnaker, 78, passed away July 21, 2015.
Born in Bath, OH on December 1, 1936, James grew up in Richfield and was a lifetime area resident. Jim was a truck driver for many years for AA Rocco, and later became an owner/operator. He served his country as as a Navy aviation mechanic on the USS Coral Sea CV-43.
Jim was preceded in death by his wife Florence and his son Micheal; brothers Charles and Gerald. He is survived by his children James 'Randy' (Denise), Richard, Ronald, Gary (Betty) Stalnaker; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; sisters Norma, Anna, Pat, Sharon; brothers Sam & Bob.
The family will receive friends FRIDAY from 5-8 pm at the Anthony Funeral Home MCGOWAN-REID & SANTOS CHAPEL 247 Stow Ave. (at 3rd. St., one block north of Portage Trail) in Cuyahoga Falls. A funeral will be conducted by Pastor Don Rohrbacher on Saturday, 11:00 am, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Richfield.
