Gregory John Louk

Gregory J. Louk, beloved son of Marjorie A. Louk and (late) John W. Louk, went home on February 23, 2025. He was a man who cherished the simple pleasures in life. He found joy in fishing, hunting, and listening to country music. He loved his truck, his boat, and four-wheeling, always finding happiness in the outdoors and the freedom of the open road.

Above all, Gregory cherished his family. He had a deep love for his nieces and nephews: Mario, Mariah, Anthony, Andreana, Antoinette, John, and Angelo, as well as his grand-nieces and grand-nephew: Mia, Sa'Riyah, and Ezra. He was a proud and caring uncle, always ready with a joke, a story, or a helping hand. Gregory also enjoyed light-hearted banter with his sisters, Cerafina and Tammy, and his brothers-in-law, Husni and Tony.

Gregory dedicated many years of hard work to Louk Construction and the City of Tallmadge. He attended the University of Akron, where he studied Construction Management, and he continued his studies at Buckeye College receiving additional degrees.

Gregory's memory will forever be cherished by his family, friends, and all who knew him. Though he is no longer with us, the love, and kindness he shared will live on in the hearts of those he touched.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1 at 1:45. Interment at Holy Cross will follow.
