Gregory Allen Coleman

June 25, 1982 — March 4, 2015

Gregory Allen Coleman, Jr., 32, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 4, 2015.
Greg was born in Barberton on June 25, 1982 to Gregory and Joan (Thompson) Coleman and was a lifelong area resident. He worked as a mason for Lake Construction and was a member of Kenmore Church of the Nazarene. Greg was a devoted father, brother and son whose life brought much joy and happiness to those around him.
Greg is survived by his parents, Greg Sr. and Joan; partner Sherri Overholt; children Kali Marie, Gregory Allen III, Tyler, Chloe and Vincenzo; siblings Matthew and Ashley Coleman; grandparents Nell & Floyd Humphries; Aunts and Uncles: Tim & Peggy Stanley, Mike & Patty French, and Jaqueline Thompson; as well as many cousins, loved ones and friends. He was preceded in death by grandparents Buford Coleman and Goldie Thompson.
The family will receive friends and relatives Sunday from 3-7 PM at the Anthony Funeral Home, Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Monday at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends for one hour prior. Interment will be at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
