Frances Genevieve Doty

Frances Genevieve Doty, 91, a resident of Albuquerque from 1965 to 2019, died on Sept 24, 2026. Frances was born to the late Vincent and Florence Weise on Nov. 12, 1934 in Abilene, TX. She was a parishioner at Our Lady of the Annunciation in Albuquerque for 53 years before moving to Stow, OH for her final years. Her favorite phrases to share with strangers and family were "God's in Charge" and "God Bless you". Fran was predeceased by her husband, George E. Doty, and son, James R. Doty. She is survived by her sons: Raymond (Merry), Charles (Peggy), Joseph (Pat), David (Blair), and Leo (Antonette); grandchildren, Reece (Lindsay), Darryl, Patrick, Phoebe (Derek), Abby (Will), Trey, Taylor, Maria (Wesley), Kathrine, and Joseph; great grandchildren, Emery and Daniel, and her sister, Rosie Cole. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at a later date at Our Lady of the Annunciation Parish, Albuquerque, NM with Msgr. Bennett J. Voorhies, Celebrant. Interment will be at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
