Elayne I. Kozy

Elayne I. Kozy, 78, passed away on Friday, March 27, 2026.

Elayne was born in Akron and was a lifelong area resident. She worked in cosmetology for twenty years, and retired from the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services with thirty years service.

She was preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Helen Rosemary Wright; and sister Sue Brown. She is survived by her sons Scott (Julie), Kenneth (Laura), and Danny; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her brother Fr. Wayne Paul Wright (Lenora).

Private services will be held at a later date.
