Elaine Ann Fobean, 78, of Stow, passed away Monday afternoon at Maison Aine. Elaine was born November 17, 1936 in Cleveland to the late Henry and Mary Yurek. She was a resident of Stow for many years and a member of Holy Family Parish. Elaine was a graduate of The Ohio State University. She enjoyed OSU football, theater, cooking, spending time with her grandchildren, and attending church. She is preceded in death by her husband of 46 years Donald F. Fobean Sr. who passed in 2007. Elaine is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Donald (Rene), Jeff, and Eric (Dale) Fobean; and her grandchildren Jake, Allyson, Katlyn, Kelsey, Emma, Jack, and Samantha. Friends may call Friday 4-8PM at the Dunn-Quigley Funeral Home, 3333 Kent Rd. (at Rt. 91) in Stow. Mass of Christian Burial will be 1PM Saturday at Holy Family Church, 3179 Kent Rd. in Stow.
