Edna Blanche (Hickin) Nicholas

Edna Nicholas, 80, went home to be with the Lord on December 11, 2021.
Edna was born in Cleveland on June 10, 1941 to the late Wilford & Evelyn Hickin and had been a resident of Cuyahoga Falls for over 60 years. She had been a member of Graham Rd. Baptist Church since 1969 and worked many years in the church nursery. Edna was an avid bowler and camper and especially enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Edna was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law Patricia & Joe Norton , great-grandmother Ollie Spain, and daughter-in-law Sylvia Nicholas. She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years William; her children Bill (Janet), Clint, Byron, Randy (Angel), Tim (Kelly), Julie (Doug) Long, & Dan (Molly), as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother Don (Pat) Hickin.
A funeral service will take place on Saturday, December 18, at 11:00 am, at the Graham Rd. Baptist Church 705 Graham Rd. Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221, where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Masks and social distancing will be required.
