Earl T. Hoffman, M.D., 91, passed away on November 12, 2025.

Earl was born in Springfield, Mass. on February 11, 1934. He graduated from the Georgetown School of Medicine in 1964 and worked most of his career as a radiologist at many of the local area hospitals. Earl was a dog lover and enjoyed playing with his dogs. Earl loved to eat and enjoyed going out to dinner. Most of all, Earl loved to help people.

Earl was preceded in death by his sisters Olga & Carrie and brothers Ted & Bobby. He is survived by his children Eric Hoffman and Liane (Mark Henry) Hoffman; former wife Anne Elizabeth Keefe Hoffman, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be private.
