Dorothy J (Patterson) Tucker

Dorothy J. Tucker, 87, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 14, 2020.

Dorothy was born on March 4, 1933 to the late Boyd and Dorothy Patterson and was a lifelong area resident. She married James Tucker in 1955 and stayed home raising their two children. She enjoyed a good meal, as long as she didn't have to cook it. An introvert, Dorothy enjoyed passing the time watching TV and reading books. Dorothy was stubborn and strong until the end.

In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband James in 2012. She is survived by her children Dorothy L. Tucker and James B. (Melody) Tucker; and grandson John Tucker.
