David B. Gibbs

David B. Gibbs, 75 passed away Monday, March 6, 2017.
He was born in West Virginia and was a member of the Orioles and Civitan Clubs.
David was preceded in death by his wife, Bette Jean in 2004. He is survived by his daughters, Cindi (Neal) Oberholtz and Lynn; sons, Brian and Kevin; grandchildren, Michelle (Nate) Kiser, Danielle and Janelle Oberholtz; great-grandchildren, Guido Margida, Jared Kiser and Kylie Taylor; sister-in-law, Faye Fisher; niece, Toni (Gary) Fisher; great-niece, Lisa Fisher; and his best friend, Ozzie.
Funeral service will be held Friday, 11 a.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. Akron, Ohio 44301. Interment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens in Cuyahoga Falls. The family will receive friends Thursday, 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Visiting Nurse Service Hospice Care Center, 3358 Ridgewood Rd.
