Darlene Mehalko passed away on

Saturday June 2024 at the age of 83. A graduate of Garfield High School Darlene was a life long resident of Akron and her beloved Firestone park neighborhood. Darlene owned and operated Crisp Floral until her retirement in 2012. Preceded in death by husband, John M. Mehalko, she is survived by son, Vincent Mehalko, daughters, Theresa Mehalko and Sharon Kolinoff. Darlene also leaves behind seven grand-children, Tony Marcelli, Olivia Swartzwood, Mathew and Megan Mehalko, Darci Nolan, Angelo and Maria Kolinoff. Three great-grandchildren, Zaiden Bonk, Hudson Nolan and Lily Swartzwood. Darlene will also be dearly missed by sister, Alicia Cogar of Woodsfield, Ohio.

Darlene enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grand-children and great-grand-children. She loved being outdoors, walking the metro parks, her fur babies, and her cozy front porch.

We will miss her smile, her laugh, her savage advise, and her bubbly personality. May God hold you tight in his arms as we did in life.
