Cynthia Hayes, passed away on October 24, 2021. Born December 15, 1959 to the late Carson and Virginia Hayes, she was preceded in death by brothers, Carson and Charles and niece, Shawny Congrove. Her survivors include; daughter, Virginia Hayes; companion of 22 years, Timothy Womack; siblings, Carol (Ken) Blankenship, Gwen (Philip) Snyder, Paul (Tina) Hayes, Roberta (Clint) Poling, Jonathan Hayes; two step-children, Amber and Michele; four step-grandchildren; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, Cremation has take place. Friends may call on Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Dunn-Quigley Funeral Home (811 Grant St.) where a funeral service will take place at 4. MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED.
