Colina Wells

Colina Wells, 101 yrs. departed this earth on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 surrounded by her loving family.
Colina was born in Edinburgh, Scotland on March 2, 1915 to Colin & Mary Adalaide MacDonald. She came to the U.S.A. at the age of 10. Colina was a proud American,yet Scotland always remained close to her heart; she participated in the Scottish band until her 90th birthday. Colina retired from Babcock & Wilcox after 25 yrs. as a secretary in the engineering department. She received an award from City Hospital for her 25 + years of service in the Women's Health Center. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church. Colina will be remembered for her unwavering loyalty and love for her family and friends. She brought many smiles to everyone.
She was preceded in death by husband Lee Gilbert Troutman and her son Wilbur (Lori) Troutman, sisters Margaret, Adalaide & Catherine and 2nd husband Ralph Wells. She is survived by her daughter Sherry Lee (Dr. Cyril) Jendrisak and sister Anna Hyle; 5 grandchildren Jeffrey (Jen) Johnson, Beth Ann (Eyal) Gabay, Dr. Lisa (Tom) Cousineau, Todd Johnson, & Shannon (Keith) Basso, 13 gr- grandchildren Rudy, Dean, Adam, Aaron, Romy, Kyle, Kacey, Madalyne, Brody, Jack, Drew, Isabella & Luca; as well as many nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Colina will be missed but not forgotten.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 19 from 5-7 PM at the Anthony Funeral Home, Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S Main St. in Akron. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Friday at the funeral home, Rev. Mark Ruppert officiating. Internment at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
