Clara Mae Ostrowski

Clara DiNapoli Ostrowski nee Kuts passed away peacefully on the morning of November 26, 2014 surrounded by her loving family.
Clara was born in Akron and was a 1947 graduate of St. Mary's High School. She worked at Akron City Hospital for 19 years and then continued to volunteer after retirement. Clara was a wonderful seamstress, exceptional cook and avid reader. She was a longtime member of St. Paul Catholic Church. Clara had a very kind heart, and was a loving and caring mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by parents Wendell and Anna Kuts; and brother John Kuts.
Clara is survived by her children, Deborah (Dave) Pickens, Frank DiNapoli, Laura (Nathan) Ritchie, Christopher (Sharon) DiNapoli, Cosmo (Kerie) DiNapoli, RoseAnn DiNapoli; grandchildren Jennifer, David, Jason, Angelina, Amanda, Danyelle, Marcus, Maria, Christopher, Joseph, Anna, Catherine, Megan, Alex; and great-grandchildren Austin, Alexa, Connor, Jason, Olivia, Jayden, Parker, Vinney, Mason, and Joseph Jr.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, November 28 from 5:00-8:00 PM at the Anthony Funeral Home, Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Saturday, November 29 at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 1800 Steese Road in Green. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
