Christopher Swires

Christopher Swires, 40 passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018.
He was born in Alaska and recently resided in Dayton, Ohio. Christopher was a Field Service Engineer with the Makino Company. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and enjoyed RC cars. He was also a big advocate of renewable energy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Danny Neil and Mary Catherine (Platz) Swires. He is survived by his brother, Nick (Christine) Swires; uncles, Phil (Christine), Robert and Steve (Liz) Swires and Rick (Sue) Platz; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, 12 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. Akron, Ohio 44301 where the family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Interment at All Saints Cemetery in Northfield, Ohio. (Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, Akron)
