Christine Elizabeth Willey

Christine Elizabeth Willey, 98, passed away February 21, at Pleasant View Care Center in Barberton. Born in Akron on January 11, 1920 to the late Fred & Irene Hertzig, Christine was a lifetime area resident and a longtime member of Park United Methodist Church in Kenmore. In addition to her parents, Christine was preceded in death by her husband Michael R. Willey, Sr. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Michael & Bernadette Willey of Texas; grandchildren Michael, Anne, & Mark WIlley. The family will receive friends on Saturday, Feb. 24 from 10-11 am at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron, with interment to follow immediately at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Akron.
