Charles Robert Douglass

Charles Robert Douglass, 81 passed away June 28, 2018.
He was born in Barnesville, Ohio and was a member of Wintergreen Ledges Church of God. He was an easy going spirited person. He was an avid deer hunter and enjoyed gambling and going out to eat.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles K. and Sara (Lallathin) Douglass; and sister, Joyce Douglass-Carpenter. He is survived by nephew, Allen (Mike) Carpenter; cousins, Jeanne (Robert) Evans, Dan (Brenda) Lallathin, Chuck (Colleen) Lallathin, Debbie (Angelo) Vecchio, Shirley Rogers and William (Shirley) Lippert; close friend, Priscilla Jones and Family; and many other family members and friends.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, 7 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. Akron, Ohio 44301 where the family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Pastor Jim Roma officiating. Interment will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
