Casey J. (Castner) Weaver

Casey Weaver was born on November 15, 1982 in Akron, Ohio. She went home to the Lord on December 6,2021. She was 39 years old. Casey graduated from The Northeast Ohio Medical University in 2008. Being a fierce advocate for individuals with disabilities she took a job as a Case Manager for medically fragile children. She was currently working for the Summit County Board of Developmental Disabilities where she supervised Service & Support Administrators. With her medical knowledge and her caring heart, she quickly became the go to person for the Service & Support Administrators when medical concerns came up. She had a heart of gold and a joyful soul, her nick name in High School was Giggles. She was loving, kind and loyal, anyone who met her loved her. Casey loved football and was an avid Pittsburg Steeler fan. Nothing got in the way of her and "the game". She was an animal lover and her very special boys Louie and Brady will be lost without her. She seldom got out of the house without Brady jumping in the car to ride along. She was a beloved friend, and She leaves behind a hole in our hearts.
She was preceded in death by her Grandfathers Calvin Castner and Jack Drews, and her Grandmother Julie Castner.
Cherishing her loving memories are her husband Bob Weaver Jr., step-daughter Brianna Weaver, her parents Roger and Marsha Castner, her brother and best buddy Ryan Castner, grandmother Betty Drews, her uncle Mark Drews (Lyndi) of Franklin ID, her uncle Martin Drews, her uncle Mike Drews (Andrea) of Akron, Ohio, and her Aunt Tina Gump of Columbus, Ohio. Along with numerous cousins, great aunts and uncles as well as a host of friends and co-workers.
The family will receive friends from 11AM-1PM on Saturday, December 11 at the Anthony Funeral Home of Green, 4178 Massillon Road in Green (corner of Massillon and Steese Roads, Entrance off Steese), where a funeral service will be held at 1PM.
