Carolyn J. Gier (Evans) went home to be with the Lord on January 23, 2022.
Carolyn was born in Des Moines, Iowa on February 9, 1940. She loved to sing
especially songs that praised God. Her faith in God was unwavering no matter the
trials or tribulations she went through. She is proceeded in death by her parents
Eugene and Josephine Evans, daughter Patricia (Patty) Jenson, husband Dean
Gier. She is survived by her sister Jeanne Pulley (Gary Pulley), son Doug Quiner
(Ellen Quiner), grand children Amanda Thompson (Mike Thompson), Jason
Quiner, Sarah Hickey (Tim Hickey), Trisha Gier, Joshua Gier, great grand children
Gunner, Layden, Lainey, Emma, Anna, Junior, Poe, & Tyler.
